What services do you offer?
I provide drafting, presentation drawing, and rendering services for interior designers. This includes, but not limited to, floor plans, elevations, details, and 3D renderings to help bring your design vision to life.

What software do you use?
I primarily use AutoCAD, Revit, Rayon, and SketchUp for drafting and modeling.

Can you work with my existing design sketches or CAD files?
Yes! I can refine hand-drawn sketches or existing plans into professional CAD drawings and presentation-ready visuals.

How do you price your services?
Pricing varies based on project complexity, timeline, and scope. I typically offer hourly or per-project rates, however, I can also provide a monthly fixed fee as an option with discounted hours upon request, and can provide a quote after reviewing your requirements.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on project size and scope, but I strive to deliver drafts within a few business days. I like to receive a deadline from designers so that I can prioritize accordingly.  Rush services may be available upon request at an additional fee.

Do you offer revisions?
Yes, revisions are included to ensure the final drawings align with your vision and project needs.
